The Spring 2015 Captain’s Meeting will be on Sunday, March 1st at 9:00am at Perkins Restaurant located at 1995 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80222.

Congratulations to Brew Crew for narrowly winning the A Division Final against Stars with a final score of 3 – 2. Stars had the lead for most of the game and Brew Crew came back scoring a last minute goal to retain their title! And, congratulations to Hit or Miss for winning the B Division Final against Unknowns also with a final score of 3 – 2! However, this was a nail biter decided in the first 2 minutes of the first overtime period! Thank you everyone for another great season and we will see you in 2015!

This season we are trying something new, per some suggestions that were made at the Captain’s Meeting, and we are really excited about it! The Fall 2014 League Party will be on Saturday, October 11th from 1-4pm, and everyone is definitely welcome to stay and keep the party going afterwards! Our venue will be Darcy’s Bistro and Irish Pub located at 4955 S. Ulster St. #103, Denver, CO 80237 in the Denver Tech Center. We will have the entire left side of the bar, including patio space (weather permitting), and there is plenty of free parking. Come and hang with your team, mingle and meet some new people, and see who wins the Fall Awards!

Are you jonesing to play soccer after watching all 64 games of the 2014 World Cup? Well, you don’t have to wait much longer! Fall season starts Sunday, August 17th! And, for those of you who are wondering why we are getting going a bit earlier this season… It’s because we built an extra week into the season in case we have weather cancellations so that we don’t have to stack the Semis and Finals into one day again as we have for the past few seasons. Looking forward to another fun one! See you on the pitch!
